Job Summary

We are seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join the StarTele Logic Team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for telephone and email prospecting; qualifying and processing marketing leads for the sales team; and generating summarized reports of their key findings.

Profile Requirement

  • Generate leads at CXO and IT Head level through Data-mining, Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to understand LinkedIn & Email marketing processes and generate leads through it.

  • Understanding the company's services and offerings to integrate into various marketing strategies.

  • Participating actively in LinkedIn and web research activities to create target lead profiles to market.

  • Maintain a robust inside sales pipeline and the incumbent no. of opportunities created.

  • Understand appropriate functional pitch/mailers to the CXOs for the focused segments capable of using CRM system for day to day tracking of activities and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Eng.(B.tech or MCA).

  • 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation.

  • Extensive knowledge of Sales and Market (preferably the US/UK market).

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
