Job Summary
  • Preparation of Insolvency cum demand notice & tracking of various notices to the customer from the region and courier agencies.
  • Preparation MIS for PG/CG Invocation Notice
  • Creation of SR for Arbitration and Invoice copy etc.
  • Collecting information from following documents for preparation of Form 1, Form C, Form B, Form D etc. 1. Agreement2.
  • Deed of Guarantee3. Asset list4. Valuation report5 .Sale deed6. Invoices7. Charge Certificate from MCA8. Other relevant documents from system(DMS).
  • Retrieval of original collateral documents
  • Examine collateral documents and preparing a table.
  • Coordinating with the Secretarial department & external lender for documents from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) site like Charge Certificate , CHG1/Form 8, MGT-23 etc.
  • Retrieval of original party files from the file department and follow process as per checklist for Agreement , PG, CG and collateral & other documents.
  • In-depth examination of Agreement, PG & other documents for its legal validity.
  • Coordinating with RM Team for preparation Statement of Accounts for insolvency purposes.
  • CIBIL Report Generation
  • Preparation of Form 1, Form C & Form D as per IBC guidelines.
  • Preparation Chain DR for Legal Purpose

Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience Required :

5 to 6 Years
