• Database Management: Integrate and work with MongoDB databases to store and manage application data effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java programming and a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React (preferred) or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS services and experience with cloud-based deployments is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices.
