Job Summary
  • Any Technical Graduate B.Sc. (Comp Sci.), BCA, Diploma Course in IT
  • A person with hands-on experience of 6 months to a Year in Customer Support for any IT Product shall be preferred.
  • Proven Experience in supporting Software Products / Infrastructure services is preferred
  • Good Command over English as a primary language is a MUST. Know-how of a Foreign language will be an added advantage even able to communicate in regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bangla will be an asset
  • Good listening & presence of mind skills are desirable. Willing to work in shifts
