Job Summary Pinewoods Technology Services is looking for young and dynamic female candidates who are ambitious and have the zeal to achieve set goals for the post of Customer Support Executive. Your role is to ensure our customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. You will have to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibility will include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Draft quotations as per customers request Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Prompt response to customer inquiries. Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned Ability to approach problems logically and rationally Communicating with customers via Chat, Email or Calls; follow up with customers Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Knowing our products thoroughly so that customer queries can be solved. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Requirements High School Diploma or Degree or Equivalent Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Fluency in English is a must Young and Dynamic Female Candidates Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Patience when handling tough cases Understanding of how CRM systems work Excellent documentation skills Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response Understanding of how CRM systems work Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
