Executive / Sr. Executive - Hr Job in Spectrum Talent Management

Responsible for Managing end to end recruitment for our Goa Manufacturing site.

Partnering closely with hiring managers / function heads for delivering superior results consistently within the agreed timelines.

Ensuring utilization of right mix of sourcing channels to onboard most suitable candidate within TAT (Internal Referencing, Job Portals, Social Media, Personal Networks, Campus and specialized search partners etc.)

Execute need based bulk / volume hiring projects with an objective of making TA function more efficient and effective

Manage Pre-hire due diligence TA processes like background verification, Social Media Check, Reference Check, Medical Check-up etc.

Should have managed job positing s on Career Sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Naukri etc
