Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing candidate who has experience with lead generation and business sales development in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute and Lead existing/New sales and solutions initiatives.
- Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends - Research competition and updates on global market trends.
- Identify client challenges and map possible solutions.
- Meet the needs and demands of the clients and able to deliver high-quality service within the specified period of time.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Conceptualization and creation of Collateral for presentation/solution.
- Engage in discussions with Client presentations, meetings etc.
- To work towards providing a simple and cost-effective business solution to clients in complex / unstructured environments.
- Knowledge in MIS/Reporting, budgeting, management, discussions/presentation, drafting business proposals, goal/target ownership.
Skill set:
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Proven sales track records.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Highly focus with ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good knowledge about IT/ITES Sales.
- Good decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
2+ years of Business Development Experience in IT services required.
Experience Required :
Minimum 2 Years
