Job Summary

JD JR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities, with clients primarily in US , Europe, Middle East
  • Identify/Generate new sales leads through outbound calling, email interactions, chat and social media, keep prospective client database updated.
  • Research and identify any new market opportunities.
  • Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationship with customer to encourage repeated business.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services offerings of the company
  • Reviewing client s feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 Years relevant experience in IT/BPO
  • Education: Minimum qualification graduation and above.

Skills required:

  • Need to be a go getter.
  • b Excellent selling, English communication (verbal, written) and negotiation skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet assigned targets.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Social Media, Multitasking
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Great networking skills
