Job Summary
JD JR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities, with clients primarily in US , Europe, Middle East
- Identify/Generate new sales leads through outbound calling, email interactions, chat and social media, keep prospective client database updated.
- Research and identify any new market opportunities.
- Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationship with customer to encourage repeated business.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offerings of the company
- Reviewing client s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 Years relevant experience in IT/BPO
- Education: Minimum qualification graduation and above.
Skills required:
- Need to be a go getter.
- b Excellent selling, English communication (verbal, written) and negotiation skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet assigned targets.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Social Media, Multitasking
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Great networking skills
