IT Administrator

  • Perform the installation, configuration, definition, management, upgrade and modification of network security solution including intrusion protection systems, DLP, firewalls, VLAN and endpoint security.
  • Updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each network resource.
  • Experience supporting day to day OS, Application & Retail IT Operations.
    Coordinate with internal team members for Issue Resolving, Identify Bugs and coordination with end-user.
  • Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction.
  • Consulting with staff, managers, and executives about the best security practices and providing technical advice.
  • Ensure the safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organizations information security policies.
  • Having experience in operating, re-installing and diagnosing Retail applications & support
    Manage daily IT checklist & necessary action/support for the same.
  • Managing masters and support ongoing Retail IT projects Pre and Post-implementation.
    Periodic training of employees on IT usage and maintain documentation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & upkeep of the IT application & hardware.
Skills
  • Good English communication skills in written & verbal

B.C.A / M.C.A / B.E
