- Ability to generate qualified business leads
- Ability to conduct market research and survey/competitor analysis
- Ability to capture the sales acumen and understanding of various business domains very quickly
- Minimum 7 Years of experience in outbound Business Development Activities, Sales and Team Handling
- Strong understanding of customers app and web development needs and offering relevant solutions and services
- Sales Projections and Forecasting
- Team handling Data Researchers, BDE s and BA s
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally occasionally
- Strongly motivated in building a team in an organization from scratch
- Avid knowledge about running email campaigns to targeted prospects
- Experience in Business Development in North America, Europe and Gulf
- Shall be capable of identifying the decision-makers at customers end CXO level
- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
