Position Summary:

We are a leading cyber-security company focused on next generation products, and we are currently seeking an AVP Sales & Marketing to develop and implement an effective sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets. In the coming year, we plan to launch our products, and we look forward to having a suitable candidate on board to confirm & continue our organic growth. Candidate should have history of successfully meeting and exceeding enterprise sales goals, meetings & interaction at C level in large organization.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will lead focused Business Development effort for Account Management, Direct and Inside Sales. Should be responsible for Lead Integration and Transformation Initiatives. Will work to close deals with large corporates and will be responsible for establishing new business practices and preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids and presales presentations.

Education:

MBA/MS/B.Tech. in related field with experience in the Information Technology arena, including 2 years management and strategic experience in this field or in related field.
