The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with hands-on experience works collaboratively with end users to design and develop reporting solutions that provide accessible information for decision-making. The BI Developer uses enterprise reporting and analytics tools to build reports and dashboards.
Designs and plans BI Dashboard and Reporting solutions Requirement gathering and Data analysis Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting BI solutions Creates and deploys reports Automates current manual reports across business units Mentors and assists other business users and data analysts on how to best prepare and present data using self-service tools Works closely with the BI Architect and Data analyst to create data for data integration models, reporting on workflow and operational data Identify, communicate, and resolve data quality and data reconciliation issues Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in information systems or equivalent education Certification with Tableau or Power BI analytics tool 6+ years of strong experience in data analysis 3+ years of Power BI and DAX Development experience Excellent communicator with individuals and groups at all levels Detail oriented, organized and able to manage user expectations Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical terms Gather and document requirements for new BI solutions from multiple business users Ability to translate business requirements into actual analytics or reporting solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity Ability to write, debug and tune SQL, database packages procedures and functions Ability to write, debug and tune SQL, database packages procedures and functions Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
