Job Description:
  • SalesManagerwould Lead the sales team.
  • SalesManagerwould is responsible for BuildingSalesthrough various Channels
  • ensuring smooth deliveries to customers
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with customers.
  • The Job would involve both Marketings.
  • In-Store Operational Activities.
  • Apart from the Personal quota of sales targets, the sales manager would also be responsible for the sales team numbers.
  • They would be responsible for leading the team to achieve sales targets
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the field ofSALES.
  • (Experience in the Automobile Industry is PREFERRED, other industries are also acceptable).
  • Should have experience in leading a team (3+ years of Team Lead Experience).
  • Should know how to drive a car.
  • Should have a valid 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler driving license.
  • Should be presentable and highly self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Should know how to use a computer.
Salary Offered:
  • Rs. 25000 - Rs. 35000 (Depending on experience) PLUS ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES.
Responsibility Deliverable
  • Leading the sales team.
  • Sourcing leads, Data Mining.
  • Follow-Ups and Customer Meetings.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closures.
  • Coordinating commitments for Delivery of Cars.
  • Develop Business Knowledge and management skills to grow into StoreManager.
Tasks & Activities:
  • Leading the sales team:
  • Tracking Performance of sales executives.
  • Regular performance reviews.
  • Motivatingsalesteam to Achieve targets.
  • Planning and Execution of Marketing Activities.

Sourcing Leads and Data Mining:

  • Checking car condition, specification sheets, and stock layout at the store.
  • Taking Photos and Uploading Cars on websites.
  • Maintaining healthy customer relationships for references.
  • Getting customers to give positive reviews on online platforms
Follow-Ups and Customer Meetings:
  • Data Entry of Leads.
  • Customer Calls and Coordination for Visits.
  • Data Entry of Follow-ups.
  • Showing Customers the Cars match their requirements and Sharing all product information.
  • Checking other dealer stock sheets and exploring cross-sell options.
Negotiation and Deal Closures:
  • Price Negotiations and deal finalization (after price approvals from management).
  • Preparing necessary documents for the deal.
Coordinating Commitments for Delivery of Cars:
  • Communication on refurbishment commitments to team members.
  • Check the car before delivery day.
  • Helping customers to complete payments.
  • Deliver the car to the customer with signatures on necessary documents.
  • Customer feedback after one week.
  • Filling up all reports for the above activities as directed by management.
  • Develop Business Knowledge and management skills to grow into a StoreManager.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales Manager skill with 5+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Good command over English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu
