A) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Especially in handling spreadsheets.B) Approximately Minimum 5-8 years from NBFC, and have a proven track record in similar fields like Unsecured Loans (Business Loan), LAP (Loan Against Property)C) Looking for candidates based in Bangalore.D) Having Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi Languages.Job Description:
  • Responsible for sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • The work would involve managing a team of analysts, client meetings, site visits, prospective customer and market evaluation, understanding clients' requirements, and structuring proposals/deals within the company's credit guidelines.
  • A basic understanding of financial statements and risk analysis of companies and loan/investment limits recommendation for clients.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Performing detailed background reference checks on prospective Clients.
  • Manage the portfolio of SME business clients by regularly evaluating the portfolio companies via systematic data analysis.
  • Achieve Month on Month targeted sales and profit levels for Business LoansSegment.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales Manager skill with 5+ years experience
