Responsibilities

include (but are not limited to): Providing strong leadership to the product team with strong focus on E2E Testing to move to greater heights of value and maturity Ability to understand important Scout customer scenarios and translate them to test scenarios for product team. Build an engineering team focused on E2E testing. Preferable: Experience developing E2E tests in cloud-based products. Building a strong competence in process management and QA practices. Define and setup E2E Testing process and strategy and implement them for a fast-paced release process Identify key improvement areas in release management and help release manager with continuous improvement As a E2E Testing ambassador, proactively meet with all stakeholders to understand pain areas and come up with addressing plan focusing more on strategy for long term E2E Testing needs, elevate Product E2E Testing with a valued presence and strengthen collaboration and support within and beyond the product teams Proactively initiate and drive quality centric initiatives to drive improvement in quality and reduction in E2E Test life cycle time, provide input for product innovation and improvement Build tools and frameworks for automated E2E Testing, environment as a service (on demand or self service) and E2E Test data management (on demand) Identify the process gaps and come up with addressing plan Define quality management plan for product suite and monitoring implementation of it Define training plan for product teams on relevant needs Setup program and management level dashboards across product suite and measure KPI The Candidate Key Requirements and Qualifications: Outstanding ability to prioritize and manage considerable workload, while gaining respect and buy-in from cross-functional teams Strong knowledge on analytics and user experience E2E Testing, API and UI E2E Testing Prior experience in building automation E2E Test competency using Python, Selenium, Web services and Performance E2E Testing Knowledge and application of concepts such as continuous integration, continuous build, dev-ops. Good working experience in E2E Test strategies, planning and E2E Test automation - Excellent communication oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor team and guide them to identify solutions. Scrum certification a major plus 12+ years of product QA experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience. Bachelor's or master s degree in engineering, or equivalent technical domain A good leader who believes in influencing, collaboration, and teamwork. High in energy, confident and ability to adapt to fast-paced development environment.
