Job Summary

Responsibilities: End-to-end manage the corporate website, evaluate, and manage the performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain, and update website content from time to time. Designing and building automated email marketing flows and email campaigns. Interpreting campaign analytics to measure performance and spot weaknesses. End-to-end manage the Marketing Database. Ensure it is clean and primed for effective segmentation and reporting. Source data from tools such as ZoomInfo, apollo.io, hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Work closely with Project Management, Creative and Demand Generation teams to coordinate various marketing campaigns, events, and webinars. Creating and manage landing pages, emailers, lead gen forms and other digital assets required for marketing campaigns. Continuously perform A/B testing to optimize marketing campaign success. Maintain monthly marketing dashboard with an account view showing marketing performance across all channels (website, content, social media, email, ads, conferences, webinars). Research, configure and monitor data integrations between technology platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot lead flow and campaign data between the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Assist in the identification and evaluation of new marketing technology vendors. Maintaining the Marketing intranet. Tools proficiency for Email autoresponder. For sending drip email sequences. Social media marketing software. For automating the company s social media presence. Keyword research tools. To identify the words potential customers use to search the internet. Content management systems. For creating websites and blogs. Marketing analytics tools. For understanding campaign effectiveness. Salesforce CRM . For storing customer data. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) or in a setup that has a typical B2B lead lifecycle. 3+ years of experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo. Should have working knowledge in sourcing data from tools such as apollo.io, hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc. Good hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla. Familiarity with HTML/CSS; ability to create new and edit existing code, templates. Having some knowledge on web servers would be a plus. Working knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a plus. Ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently, including integrating diverse feedback from various stakeholders. Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency. Strong independent project management skills. Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision. Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion. Excellent attention to detail.
