Key Job Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Leading Online Product Vision for various business verticals of the Group. 2. Product life cycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across multiple product lines & Creating timelines for the development and deployment of platform development. 3. Build an engineering roadmap and technology strategy for the entire engineering team 4. Good Understanding of Domain Driven Design & Modular Software Design 5. Should be perceptive towards dynamic consumers preferences, their concerning areas, and their behaviour on the site. 6. Be able to drive and launch the features swiftly and flawlessly and be able to look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking products which would help the end user. 7. Establishing and driving the product strategy and vision for specific focus for the eCommerce platform. 8. Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics. 9. Own the product road map and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders. 10. Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action. 11. Break down user and stakeholder problems using data and craft detailed requirement documents that capture solutions to solve them and work with designers and tech team. 12. Managing project schedule, cost, and resource management, while ensuring accurate requirements management. 13. Attract, Hire and Retain talent through excellent communication, mentorship, inspiration, and growth. 14. Working closely with tech product team to help build best in class system for all relevant stakeholders. 15. Identifying and continuously improving key metrics for the conversion leg of the user journey by connecting the dots between user behaviour, elements of the experience and business objectives. Skills and Requirements: 1. Ownership: Attention to detail, strong design aesthetics, high on ownership and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Proven Leadership in design, planning and implementation of robust, highly available, scalable, and secure web services. 2. Key initiatives: Ability to design, develop and drive key initiatives across various business verticals to achieve the business goals. 3. Experience: Proven B2B start-up experience with web product development/ design experience and should have global aesthetic in the product development. 4. Relationship Management: Ability to provide leadership in managing relationship with various business and functional heads to drive strong alignment across the group leadership.
