Junior Presales Consultant Job in Software Group

What do we expect from you?

• Provide end to end sales support to a global presales team. Tasks may include contributing to proposals/RFPs, preparing and presenting solution demos, consolidating cost estimations, and SOW preparation.
• Provide in-depth and solid answers to questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
• Maintain detailed Fintech, Retail banking, and Microfinance product knowledge and understanding of actual product implementations, lessons learned, pitfalls to avoid, and suggestions for future projects.
• Liaise with BD staff and other members of the presales team to identify solution components and technical solution architecture as necessary.
• Contribute to the reusable assets developed and maintained by the presales team
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles and internal coordination with global teams
• Perform other job tasks assigned to him/her by the management in relation to their competence and professional responsibilities.
• Know the organization and management structure of the company.
• Know the principles of formation and movement of information flows within the company.
• Observe the internal rules of the company.
  

Requirements & Skillset:

• MBA/BE with 3-5 years of experience required (technical is a plus)
• Excellent presentation, written, and demonstration skills
• Excellent organization skills, Communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
• Self-starter Good listening skills
• Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
• A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to influence others to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively with team and senior management.
• Cross-Functional skill
• Customer-focused
• Ability to manage in a matrix environment
• A record of achievement and technical solution expertise is a plus
• Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential is a plus
