Job Summary JD-01: Junior Consultant
Educational Qualification: Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Finance/IT/Systems)
Work experience: Maximum 2-3 Years (Post MBA) (Up to 2019 pass out)
Work location: Chennai , Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai
Must have:
? Post MBA experience in IT Consulting/Business Analysis/Product management for 2-3 years (any domain,
preferably Trading/Finance domain)
? Experience as a business analyst in one or more of following:
o Business Process Consulting, Requirements gathering, Functional Specifications, As-Is/To Be Analysis,
Product design and product roadmap.
? Exposure to Software product development; Business and technology transformation, Agile methodology
Big Plus :
? Experience in Commodity trading/Shipping/Supply Chain/ETRM
? A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects.
Key Attitudes / Competencies:
? Enthusiasm to learn new business areas and understand client pain points.
? Ability to clearly communicate and drive interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
? Demonstrated ability in planning consulting/functional work, managing stakeholders, ownership of project
