The RPA Developer will be accountable for building new automation projects and creating prototypesaligned with user needs and business goals.This role will work as an integral part of creative and motivated teams to ensure high-quality benchmarks are met for deliveries of innovative products.

Thinking outside the box with the capability to learn upcoming technologies in the integration space, the role requires contributing proactively to business-aligned digital initiatives. A detailed understanding of modern SDLC frameworks is required, as is the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• As Developer, you will liaise closely with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of business and work with stakeholders to design solution architecture for clients.
• Diagram and document the As-Is and To-Be process steps, data flow, and process flow for potential automation
• Design, develop and Implement various process improvement tools and techniques including Workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Build Application User Interface/UI/ Front End using but not limited to Microsoft Power Apps/ SharePoint Designer/ SPFx
• Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
• Create and maintain throughout the project life-cycle, the Solution Design Document (SDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, process and technical specification

Exprience:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in RPAPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, )
• Development experience using AGILE
• Implementation experience in automate flow, instant flow, scheduled flow using the power automate and creating different flows( cloud, desktop and business )
• Strong knowledge of Azure, with an understanding of the integration between Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Services
• Microsoft certifications from related areas PL-900, PL-600, PL-400 would be a plus

Skills:

• Application development using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, RPA and integrate them into Microsoft and Azure ecosystems
• PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions and REST
• Demonstrable robust Architecture, design, development, and collaboration skills gained in developing software product solutions;
• Project Management Tools like Azure DevOps, Jira
• Creativity, motivation, and strong communication;
• Practical time management skills for handling multiple projects and goals.
• Superior interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills; and
• Normalized SQL database design, strong experience in MS-SQL
• Bonus Technical Skills:
• Experice with .net technologies
• Experience with frontend technologies likeHTML/CSS/Javascript
