The Senior RPA Developer in our team will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and stabilization of new automation solutions and RPA bots. This role will collaborate extensively with the development lead to drive the implementation of new Bot and automation solutions per the implementation timelines. Know your work:

• The RPA Developer is responsible for establishing, maintaining, or enhancing the RPA CoE platform with the help of various tools and technologies.
• As an RPA Developer, you are not only accountable for the technical design, development, and maintenance of RPA applications and their associated components within the team but also contribute to technical strategy discussions.
• Following business requirements, design RPA components and their interfaces.
• Work on developing high-quality code to support technical architecture and design;
• Participate and lend a hand to an effective software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Be able to estimate time and resources for software development efforts.
• Incorporate accurate unit testing practices into development processes.
• Finally, as an RPA Developer, you will lead development teams; Provide leadership to small, medium, or large-size project deliverables; Coordinate with product managers / Scrum Master and other functions.

What you need to apply:

• Technical in-depth knowledge of the top automation tools, e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent hold on software development using C#, C++, Java, .NET, VB.NET, etc.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, VB Script (or any scripting language)
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and languages
• Priorly worked with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Knowledge about the RPA lifecycle and how to produce automation will be preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, logical and analytical skills
• Knowledge or experience with AI and Machine Learning is a plus.
