Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling employee queries related to payroll, tax and all other HR operation queries.
  • Insurance renewal coordination and negotiation
  • Managing and liaising with labour compliance team for details to be shared on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Leave, attendance management
  • Interacts with statutory vendors, payroll vendor for providing inputs related to the respective areas.
  • Vendor and PO related queries and letter generation
  • Liaising with HR for new joinee laptop coordination, BGV, employee documentation,
  • Employee id creation
  • Provides inputs for payroll processing of the employees
  • Probation confirmation tracking, offer letter
  • Initiate and monitor professional reference checks for prospective candidates;
  • Draft offer letter/contract for accepted candidates for the Talent Acquisition Specialist to approve;
  • Send, monitor completion, and compile new hire documents for personnel files; Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and share work anniversaries, celebrations email.
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • POSH compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2 years of Prior work experience in HR Operations in IT service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree in related field required.
  • Prior related office experience preferred.
  • Experience Required :
