Job Summary

Key tasks of the job include:


1. managing parts of construction projects

2. overseeing building work

3. undertaking surveys

4. setting out sites and organizing facilities

5. checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed

correctly

6. supervising contracted staff

7. ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales

8. liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially

quantity surveyors and the overall project manager

9. providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

10. preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

11. liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price

of materials.

12. ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation

are adhered to

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - Hands on full time skill with 2+ years experience
  • Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education

    Preferred - Located in Delhi

    Preferred - Good command over English, Hindi ,Local Language

    0 to 2 Years
