SmartShore,a US/ Singapore/India based company is looking to hire an experienced graduatefrom a reputed Institute to join its workforce based in Sector 7, NOIDA. We arelooking for a highly motivated, dedicated and experienced person with excellentcommunication and analytical skills
Primaryresponsibilities include:
oUnderstandingthe business requirements,
oFinding& matching prospective candidates through job portals, referrals andinternal database and then contacting them via telephone, e-mail etc. todetermine skills, experience, preferences, and availability
oPreliminaryScreening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the givenrequirement through initial telephonic round interviews
oSchedulinginterviews by coordinating with both the interview panel and the candidates
oConductingreference check, background verification & document verification
oMaintaininga systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates
oFollowingup with the candidate after the offer is made till they come on board
oUpdatingthe tracker / records in the database after each step
Prepareand track metrics for performance
Candidaterequirements:
- Graduate preferably engineering
- fresher is ok
- Good HR, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Good computer skills Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word
- Exposure to outsourcing
