• Proven track record as a good technical recruiter
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand JDs
• Good knowledge of sourcing resumes and qualifying.
• Ability to handle first round of interview in IT Technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with hiring managers.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel for creating reports.
• Handling the first round of HR Interviews to judge the candidate's suitability for technical and personal behavior, academic, experience, & communication skills.
• Scheduling interviews, hand holding the candidates till onboarding and follow-up calls with candidates post joining.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude to achieve given targets on time.
