Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Minm 3+ Years Experiance into IT Recruitment
  • Strong Knowledgeto fill IT Requierments
  • Filling positions within an organization.
  • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
  • Understand the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions in Different Job Portals.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, understanding of different Technologies and key responsibility areas.
  • Schedule in-person / telephonic / Video conferencing rounds of interviews and coordinate for technical tests.
  • Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations.
  • Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should contain a minimum of a bachelor s degree.
  • Should have a strong experience or strong interest in recruitment,
  • Developing own network of suitable candidates.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent record keeping.
