Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyzing network IOS standards and release caveats and communication to stake holders
Maintaining the IOS Upgrade Matrix
Identifying IOS vulnerabilities and root causes and Proactive alert trigger for CPE EOL,EOS & IOS vulnerabilities
Recommending corrective actions and IOS recommendation
Implementing and ensuring IOS is compliance to network standards
Monitoring the network
Coordination and knowledge sharing with whenever case is raised for any IOS bug
Periodic scanning of installed base and removing any vulnerable IOS
Implementation of best practices in IOS/Patch management
Customer coordination in terms of IOS/Patch management and upgrade
Upgrade failure handling and rollback management
Upgrade/Patch management tool management and automation
