OVERVIEW:

To succeed in this challenging journey, we have setup multiple co-located team across the globe (Hyderabad, US, Europe), embracing the scaled agile framework, a Micro Services approach combined with the DevOps model. We have passionate engineers working full time on this new platform in Hyderabad and its only the beginning. You will have the chance to work with brilliant people and some of the best development and design firms in addition of working with cutting edge technologies as React, Elixir, Node.js, Ruby, Docker, Kubernetes.

We are looking for exceptional Business Analysts to join our team who will learn, understand and work on the key aspects of the product integrations, both with third party LMS systems and content providers. You will work jointly with Product Managers, Clients, Partners and DevOps to create third party LMS and content aggregator lab.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with minimum 2+ years business analyst experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in working with REST API*, Web services and SAML* integrations
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum environment*.
• 2+ years of experience in Systems integration with large, complex third-party solutions with experience as a key team member on at least one large project and full implementation cycle
• Strong analytical & conceptual thinking and problem-solving capability
• The ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with the teams effectively to determine acceptable solutions
• Performing gap analysis, impact analysis on requirements
• Perform requirements gathering, business process understanding, data analysis, migration and integrations
• Conduct grooming with Development team to familiarize them with the functional requirements
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs.
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
• Participates in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
• Closely works with internal stakeholders for an end to end implementation and release
• Vision to support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience in learning domain is added advantage
• Self-motivated and outcome-oriented

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• BE required. MBA preferred.
