OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly curious, passionate, and data-driven individual who can dive deep to optimize performance, identify opportunities, and solve problems for global stakeholders within the Performance Marketing and Operations while creating bar-raising reporting and analytics experiences.

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing & Sales Data Strategy Director, you will be required to perform data analysis and will be capable of using CRM tools like Salesforce for generating, tracking, and reporting on data quality related KPIs for our business.You will work on improving and enriching our contact and account database and define strategies for continuous improvement of our inbound and outbound processes in partnership with key leaders in Marketing.

You will need to be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Manage Marketo data standardization andenrichment processes in additional to its integration related to data quality to Salesforce in the areas of data measurement, data integrity, and system management.
  • Manage the accuracy of critical data points across our various marketing and sales systems, including Salesforce.com, Marketo, duplicate management, Cloudingo, revenue ops solution, LeanData and other various marketing technologies.
  • Conduct analysis of marketing data quality and processes. Identify actionable insights, trends and gaps to optimize marketing data quality strategies. Present analysis and findings to a variety of audience
  • Partner with Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) and Marketing Operations teams to monitor and modify lead and account quality as needed.
  • Create and own effective dashboards, reports and identify needs for data enrichment/cleansing.
  • Build highly effective working relationships with the broader marketing team, sales, customer success, finance and Business App teams.
  • Assist to evaluate and maintain new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing.
  • Assists with marketing-related projects as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years' relevant work experience in marketing operations.
  • Database management and governance experiences in datasets across Salesforce CRM, Marketo, (or equivalent tools) and you are comfortable working with data to manage distinct contact lists/segments.
  • Deep understanding of Office products, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Data-driven marketer; highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter
  • Experience with other MarTech tools such as duplicate management technologies, Cloudingo, data enrichment solution, Zoominfo/DiscoverOrg or revenue Ops solution, LeanData is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Ability to use data to enhance initiatives to successfully respond to evolving marketing and business needs.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and effective in a cross-functional workplace with diverse teams and shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, implementing, and managing details
