Job Description
You would help with prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and setting appointments for the sales team. Ability, attitude and appetite to maximize sales conversion is expected.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador for the company and promote its offerings
Develop new business via communication channels such as phone, email and social media
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
To convert calls to new business
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how a particular offering will satisfy those needs
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Manage data for new and prospective clients,ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Requirement
Bachelor s degree
1-3 years lead generation or inside sales experience
Experience in B2B Sales in IT industry preferred
Excellent, polite and persuasive communication skills
Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
A demonstrated ability to meet sales and activity quotas
