Desired profile:
We seek talented, self starter and self motivated engineering or Management or Sales background individuals having good communication and social networking skill with drive to learn and excel in Tech project marketing, sales and bidding.

Qualification:
B Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, MBA, Tech or Marketing Diploma holder having 0-2 years of experience

Job Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Should have knowledge of bidding in various bidding platform like guru, upwork, freelance etc.
  • Should good communication skills in English and able to communicate with various prospective customer in English
  • Should able to find projects on LinkedIn and various social platform
  • Should have good understanding of various programming technologies required for bidding the tech project on various platforms.
  • Should have basic Understanding of business processes, industry and functional and requirement specifications.
  • Should able to create bidding document as well as proposal for projects for bidding on projects
  • Should able to co-ordinate with Developers and Tech lead in-order to get their tech inputs for bidding for projects.
  • Should be self motivated and self starter
  • Should be good in B2B marketing and able to create his network for B2B marketing and able to generate marketing leads through his network
  • Experience of working on a fixed quarterly or Monthly target and have record of meeting those targets will be added advantage.

  • Machine test
  • HR interview round
