Job Role: Data Analyst/ Sr. Data Analyst

Years of Experience required: 4+ years

Work Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

The role with SirionLabs is to support centralized data reporting for multiple clients on the Sirion application. The work will be essentially around data mining and analytics for all accounts across SirionLabs

• Understand data design and architecture to be able to report and recommend data reporting across SirionLabs.
• Understand Sirion application features and processes.
• Working knowledge of Information Technology (IT), Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) & Application Maintenance & Services (AMS), Human Resource (HR), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Energy etc. contracts will be an added advantage.
• Validating/Auditing data and analytics in accordance with data reporting guidelines with accuracy and on time.
• Understand, develop and report key metrics for SaaS company
• Handle overall operations of the assigned engagement/project / reporting
• Responsible for automation of reports and data collection
• Run quality improvement initiatives to deliver quality output to clients and suppliers every time on time.
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality.
• Knowledge of outsourcing industry including IT infrastructure, including helpdesk, software development & BPO/KPO.
• Process oriented ability to learn new processes and contribute in various disciplines
• Understanding of data reporting including complex data sets
• Analytical, able to study trends basis data, familiar to data benchmarking
• Excellent knowledge of MS office with high proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding knowledge of VBA coding, statistical tools like R, Minitab etc. with be added advantage
