Job Summary
- Proven experience (6+ years) in business intelligence development and consulting, driving strategic decision-making, organic growth preferably within a product company or consulting firm.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Sisense (primary), Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, as well as SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, MSSQL, and python (good to have).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes; knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is good to have.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, actionable insights, and recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels and experience in organic growth (good to have).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering BI projects on time, addressing client concerns/queries, root cause analysis and meeting, or exceeding client expectations.
- Certification in relevant BI technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) is a plus.
