Job Summary

We are looking for Business Analysts who can engage with our new and existing customers and deliver value to customer businesses through our products and solutions. You will be working from home, preferably based out of Nagpur/Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Delhi (NCR)/Mumbai. As a team member in our highly entrepreneurial environment, you will need to be able to quickly convert customer requirements into working prototypes by leveraging the company s technology platform and act as a customer success advocate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
  • Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
  • Develop a relationship with partners & clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
  • Formulates strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Perform quality assurance.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements.
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes.
  • Report on sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
  • Continually be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
