Job Summary
Role
We are forming an office of CPO (Chief Product Officer). This position will be a key part of the office and will work very closely with the Head of Products. The office of CPO is responsible for handling planning and strategy for all tech products of the company. This position will involve working on key projects, interaction with a high level of C-level positions and direct interaction with customers.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head of Product in making presentations for strategy and planning of key projects
- Implementing low-code projects by finalizing & working with vendors
- Tracking and analysing product metrics through by using business intelligence products like Power BI etc
- Creating and updating our product and technical documentation
- Handling product feedback to ensure swift and accurate support
- Executing and maintaining processes across technology platforms
- Building solutions that enable automation
- Running daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to ensure process efficiency
- Working with SQL databases in order to extract data & business intelligence needed for key decisions
