Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for hiring, performance mapping, talent development & retention, culture & change management
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy
Supervise the work of the HR team and provide guidance
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Skills Required :
Demonstrated Leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills
Out of the box thinker must be a key driver willing to take innovative risks.
Must have worked with Developers, hired in either MNC or a Startup
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, change management, employee relations, and training and development
Ability to influence and guide a cross-cultural and cross-functional team

Core Skills:
10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Ability to communicate with all involved stakeholders & build strong cohesion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Master s degree or equivalent in Human Resources/ Organization Development

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
