Job Summary
A global and fast expanding business, we are looking for an experiencedSenior process safety specialist, Chemical Engineer with 15+ years Consultancy experience for the role of technical lead.
Job Skills & Requirements
- Undertake Process Safety Consultancy work.
- Manage the Consultancy Team
- Develop the business strategy with Senior Management
- Deliver the Manage Business targets for all product streams.
- Manage and develop a supporting Associates Team
- Provide technical support for the Testing Laboratories
- Support technically preparing publicity material / PR / articles and related activities.
- Provide direction and oversight for New Product Development (NPD)
Skills:
- Extensive experience of Process Safety Consultancy Management
- Core Technical Knowledge:
- HAZOP (Chair role)/SIL/LOPA/ QRA / PHA/ Dispersion Modelling (SAFETI / PHAST), Incident Investigation, Chemical Process Hazard Assessment
- Process Safety Management and detailed understanding of the elements that make up PSM.
- ATEX Assessment, HAZID Assessment, Electrostatic Hazards Assessment, Fire Risk Assessment, Process Safety Training
