Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include :

  • Deliver Revenue/Volume goals for their specific set of customers In a sustainable manner
  • Meet profitability objectives for their portfolio of customers.
  • Build strong business relationships with all relevant departments at customers including buying teams, supply chain, finance and senior management wherever possible.
  • Deploy customer management tools like Scorecards, Joint Business Plans and update the same on a monthly & quarterly basis respectively.
  • Develop promotion plans and deploy marketing budgets so as to ensure growth in revenue and penetration.
  • Facilitate the hygiene of commercial processes - reconciliation, debit note accounting and any other process that would enable the timely payment from customers.
  • Ensure high level of engagement with customers vide Monthly reviews, Facilitating Top to Top Engagement etc.
    • KPIs:
    • Delivery of AOP Revenue/Channel P&L
    • Increase in Penetration/Beverage Incidence

    4 to 9 Years
