Job Summary
Position Manager - Sales (AM/DM) Manager - Sales (AM/DM) Qualification Graduate / Post Gradiuate Desired Experience 8-10 Years Desired Profile Candidates from Real Estate industry /or through agencies having handled real estate clients Relevant Experience Key area of work
1. Responsible for Sales of Residential Projects
2. Developing an intermediary network with ICP/IPC and Real Estate consultants in the real estate market
3. Analyzing Business potential and implementing plans to drive Channel Sales for attaining Sales Target
4. Attending clients at Site and closing of deals with conscious efforts towards total customer care and Satisfaction
5. Regular Sales Follow-up and updating in ERP
6. Should be able to generate leads from corporates and maintaining contacts with them
