Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling the Front Office works such as Security, Housekeeping staff, other admin related works
- Attending Calls at the reception
- Travel arrangements, schedules etc.
- Vendor Management
- Managing of Front Desk Operations.
- Should be proactive in handling the work and should be an independent worker to manage the tasks on own.
- Punctual and enthusiastic to learn the new task and flexible in taking up the tasks.
- Handling stationary requirements
- Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department.
- Any other tasks and duties as may be required by time to time.
- Responsible for coordinating with finance team for timely payments of admin related expenses / bills.
- Maintaining registers
- All India Coordination for all ADMIN works.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate from any stream
- Good Communication skills
- Languages known English , Hindi & Telugu
- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience
- Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Excel / Making presentations / MS-Word.
Experience Required :
1 to 3 Year
