Designation - Front Office Executive

Reporting to - Operations Head

Location: Hi-tech city,Hyderabad

Qualification -Any

Gender - Female

Experience- 2 +

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep front Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Maintain registers (Attendance, movement, stock, mail)
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

Skill & Traits:

  • Flexible to work in odd hours as per Job requirement.
  • FOE will be the face of company for all visitors and clients will be responsible for the first impression we make.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi), as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines printer etc.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
