Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities The expectations from the Lead UAT Analyst & Senior role is to manage the team UAT Analysts, to lead the UAT of the projects that come for testing, coordinate with Business owners, Business Analysists, developers (vendors in some projects), and comply with the timelines of going live. He should possess a minimum of 3 or 6 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (manual and automated), should have worked on Life Insurance projects in UAT. Life Insurance domain experience is the key factor.
