Roles and Responsibilities

Years of Experience

• Minimum 5 years (Development, Design, Configurations, Workflows, etc.)

Skillsets & Experience

The requested resource should have strong Functional, Technical and Development Experience and skillsets but not limited to:

• 5+ years work experience in Oracle Siebel CRM in as a core developer.
• Experience in Siebel CRM functional modules including (Siebel Communications, Sales & Marketing, Customer care/Service Request and Order management, Siebel UI, Configurator, CTI, Salesforce, Loyalty, Field Service, analytics and integration).
• Experience with Siebel EAI integrations (Web services, JMS, MQ), inbound/Out bound webservices.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel administration, including server configuration, system and performance monitoring.
• Experience in writing technical test design
• Technical experience in Siebel tools, workflows, web services, BIP, open UI, task-based UI, E-scripting, VB scripting, and Java Script.

Qualifications

Degree in IT \Computer Science, Siebel CRM Certified Developer
