Job Summary

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in LI agency (Min 2 years should have been in a capacity of a Branch Manager/ Area Manager)

A Senior Manager is responsible for Meeting business objectives of the organization of a specified geographical area.

A Senior Manager ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Cluster Managers/TMs/ Activation Officers/ retailers & SOs to establish and execute sales goals for the region
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize enrolment and activation of retailers /SO & sales revenue to meet or exceed defined organizational goals
  • Forecasting annual, half yearly, quarterly and monthly sales goals on recruitment, activation & Premium.
  • Assisting or supporting sales personnel in their day to day activities
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements to make the region profitable
  • Have to Train & coach the Sales hierarchy on Product / Process & sales techniques
  • To conduct Performance review meetings on a monthly basis and share the detail analysis of the review & way forward for the subsequent month.
  • To ensure Maximum qualifiers for Incentives / Contest.
  • To Explore New Market avenues for business expansion
  • Need to travel ~ 3 weeks in a month.

Qualifications and education requirements

MBA /Any graduate

Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
