Job Summary

specs :


  • Full time MBA.
  • 4 to 7 years post P.G Experience.
  • work experience in mid size company( 500 to 1500) would be preferable.
  • Experience working in Corporate office Setup is Preferred.
  • Exposure to all the HR processes.
  • Experience in BFSI sector will be Preferred.
  • Hyderabad local candidate will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Hindi & MS Office is a must.
  • Office based at Gachibowli- Financial District, Residential address should be with in 10Km Radius .
  • Proficiency in working on social media and job boards is preferable.


Roles and Responsibilities :


  • sourcing, selection and Onboarding of the candidate / New joiners.
  • Closing the mandates on agreed TAT, and publishing the Dashboard.
  • Coordinating for PMS related activities.
  • execution of Employee engagement related initiatives.
  • Coordination for location level Statutory compliance.
  • Coordinating for Other HR Operations activities like BGV, Medi Claim, ESI & Payroll inputs related issues .

4 to 7 Years
