Job Details :- Job Responsibilities : - To Liaison with key Modern Trade clients like Dmart to get the desired Business support - Negotiation of Terms of Trade margin with clients - Ensuring 100% fill rates to Modern Trade Accounts by managing stocks & right forecasting - Set the annual budget for the Modern Trade function , monitor adherence to the same - Ensure visibility of the brand & product on the outlets - Plan and execute activities for increasing sales and stability of the brand - Conduct periodic market visits to get feedback , address operational concerns and understand market needs - Stay up to date with developments and suggest new ways to increase sales Other required skills : Proven experience in handling Modern Trade Accounts Aggressive and strong communication and relationship building skills
