Job Summary

Role Overview

Do you excel in product consulting and pitching to C-suite clients? Do you enjoy working in a global setup where you get to interact with commercial team in different regions and work with them to strategize customer pitch? As a pre-sales consultant, you will work closely with very experienced commercial team across geographies while pitching and consulting our solutions to C-suite customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner
  • Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complexdeals, including providing inputs for RFP response document
  • Direct customer interaction along with commercial/sales team
  • Build strong collaborative relationship with cross-functional product development teams across SHL function
  • Client meetings/calls for enterprise accounts during important business discussions pertaining to large and complex deals
  • Lead benchmarking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to client

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a technology company in a customer facing role
  • Need to have excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to talk to C-suite clients
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Ability to multi-task to work on multiple simultaneous customer engagements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • MBA from a tier-1 B-school
  • 3 years of post MBA experience
  • Prior experience in a product company is preferred
