Job Summary
Role Overview
Do you excel in product consulting and pitching to C-suite clients? Do you enjoy working in a global setup where you get to interact with commercial team in different regions and work with them to strategize customer pitch? As a pre-sales consultant, you will work closely with very experienced commercial team across geographies while pitching and consulting our solutions to C-suite customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner
- Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complexdeals, including providing inputs for RFP response document
- Direct customer interaction along with commercial/sales team
- Build strong collaborative relationship with cross-functional product development teams across SHL function
- Client meetings/calls for enterprise accounts during important business discussions pertaining to large and complex deals
- Lead benchmarking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to client
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a technology company in a customer facing role
- Need to have excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to talk to C-suite clients
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Ability to multi-task to work on multiple simultaneous customer engagements
- Strong analytical skills
- MBA from a tier-1 B-school
- 3 years of post MBA experience
- Prior experience in a product company is preferred
