  • Top / Senior Position -- Looking for Head Sales or Sr Mgr Sales, Willing to relocate to HO, Bandra

    Must sell to PSU's... Public Sector Undertaking

    Must be have strong Exp handling ..Govt. Tenders / private Tenders

    At least Rs. 1 to 1.5 lacs pm net plus

    House rentals up to 20 k pm plus Deposit

    6 day week, 9.5 hrs per day

    Job description

    • Typically requires experience in Govt. Tenders / private Tenders as an individual contributor.
    • Experience in handling government tenders, both online and offline.
    • Online tender download & submission
    • Tender rate analysis and costing
    • Should understand the process of filing of tenders and bidding etc.
    • Experience in Bid Preparation for Transformer oils.
    • Keeping track of the quotes received and forwarding to tender, estimation department
    • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
    • Prepare budgets, Project Cost Control Statement, Cash flow, Budget tracking and review with sales head
    • Follow up with Government department officials for refund and other activities.
    Job Role / Responsibility:

    1. Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:

    Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid; E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions;

    • Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid.
    • Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders;
    • Uploading /Submitting the Documents (General / Technical / Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform.
    • Tender preparation and documents analysis bid submission.
    • Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders;
    • Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis;
    • Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis;
    • Follow up with Vendors / OEMs / departments / clients; MIS Report preparation / competitive bidders comparison sheet; Collection of EMD / coordinate with accounts department for EMD / TENDER FEE;
    • PROCUREMENT of EMD / post tendering works; Vendor Registration for Limited tenders;
    • Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers;
    • Knowledge of Guarantee and warranty clause in tender as per Oil industries norms.
    • Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing / new clients;
    • Tracking status of Tenders offers; Well versed with document controlling; Proficiency in Excel
    • Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration
    2. Approvals and Renewal. Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial).

    Preparing & filling E-Tenders. Bid Making. Search Government Tenders. Follow-up with government clients Other Tender related works Searching tenders on relevant web portal Identifying bid opportunities.

    3. Creating Bids in designated bidding systems preparing all documents required for responses.

    Preparing and submitting bid paperwork.

    Coordinating Big opportunities with team to ensure bids are met in a timely and successful

    Contributes to the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering and

    Contract process.

    4. Qualification: - Any Bachelors Degree.

    • Good Knowledge in Word, Excel
    • Excellent Communication skill.
    • Should have worked on Tendering and Estimation.
    • Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
    5. Experience: 10 years plus exposure in Tender Handling Role.


    Salary -- ( Open-Negatable) ...Depend on candidature and Experience
