Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Vendor Management
  • HR compliances and policy adherence
  • Grievance handling for Office and site location
  • Conducting preliminary interview and salary negotiation with candidates on site or telephone or via skype
  • Inductions to new employees and completion of entry and exit formalities
  • To oversee IR / ER function on day today basis for field force
  • Strategy building to face litigations & other legal matters
  • Strategy building to mitigate the risk of unionism
  • Strategy for smooth functioning of Field Staff (Medical Representatives)
  • Monitoring the IR situation at field, intelligence gathering, and coordination with the Field Managerial Staff.
  • Attending Labour Court, Industrial Court and High Court and coordination with company lawyer for labour law suits as per requirement
  • Advising disciplinary actions for the misconducts
    Monitoring Legal Compliance of the company & the Contractors under various Labour laws like Factories Act, The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, The Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Apprentice Act, Employment Exchange Act etc
