Roles and Responsibilities


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. The position shall be working as a part of HR Operations team.

2. Updating & maintaining employee compensation data in payroll system.

3. Maintaining and updating various MIS reports pertaining to HR activities including

attrition analysis, Department Costing, HR Dash boards etc.,

4. Handling staff on boarding & Orientation of the new joiners to the company values,

policies & procedures

5. Employee Data Management and prepare data reports for internal stakeholders

MIS Reports preparation

6. Liasoning with Payroll for monthly salary inputs and any other query resolution.

7. Consultants management Managing Consultant contracts, Attendance, Invoices,

process payments, Liason with Finance team

8. Handling end to end employee / consultant related documentation like visa letters,

experience letters, transfers & relocations

9. Responsible to process employee benefits like Gift Cheques, Loans, Advances

10. C&B Checks and approvals for Talent Requisition for all staff hires

11. Responsible for streamlining and automating HR operations.

12. Managing the operational transactions of - employee data management, payroll

management, benefits administration and information center management.

13. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll

information

14. Handling queries from all the associates regarding salary, reimbursements etc.,

15. Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits provision.

16. Process Staff Annual Increments and Promotions

17. Process Governance in recruitment - ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Audit of

finalized candidates for offer release.

18. Staff Exits Conducting Exit Interviews, preparing exit analysis reports and

presentations.

19. Experience in Handling End to End Indian Payroll would be an added advantage.




Qualification :
B.Com in Any Specialization,B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
Experience Required :

4 to 7 Years
